If you do not agree with the received results you can apply for Enquiry on Results within 30 calendar days after your test day. You can choose to have one or more parts of your test re-marked. The fee remains the same.
The re-mark fee is £80. You will receive a full refund if your result is changed to a higher band score. If your result isn’t changed, you will be given no refund.
